Services

Origination and introductions in four sectors.

We act for one side of a transaction at a time. We find counterparties whose objectives, capacity and timing match yours, then introduce you directly.

I

Oil and gas

This sector is where the team's banking careers were built. We know the operators and the service businesses that support them, from Front End Engineering and Design (FEED) through to well management services, as well as the lenders and acquirers who follow them.

We act for

  • Oilfield service companies
  • Front End Engineering and Design contractors
  • Well management service providers
  • Equipment, vessel and asset owners

Typical mandates

  • Sale or part-sale of a services business
  • Identifying acquisition targets
  • Sourcing FEED partners for new developments and field upgrades
  • Introductions to well management service providers
  • Asset disposals and acquisitions
  • Introductions to working capital and asset finance providers
II

Finance

We connect businesses and projects that need capital with providers whose mandates suit them. Before making an introduction, we check whether the fit is real.

We act for

  • Mid-market companies and project sponsors
  • Banks and non-bank lenders
  • Private credit and private equity funds

III

Real estate

We bring together developers, owners, buyers and funders of commercial and residential property in both markets.

We act for

  • Developers and landowners
  • Owners of income-producing assets
  • Private and institutional buyers
  • Development and investment funders

Typical mandates

  • Off-market asset sales and acquisitions
  • Joint venture and equity partners for developments
  • Introductions to development finance
  • Sourcing opportunities against a buyer's brief
IV

Agricultural commodities

Nigeria is a major producer of commodities such as cocoa, cashew, sesame and ginger. We connect sellers with buyers who can meet their volume, quality and payment terms, and buyers with supply they can rely on.

We act for

  • Producers, cooperatives and aggregators
  • Processors and exporters
  • International buyers and commodity traders
  • Trade and pre-export finance providers

Typical mandates

  • Matching sellers with qualified buyers and offtakers
  • Sourcing supply against a buyer's specification
  • Introductions to trade and pre-export finance
  • Connecting parties with inspection, logistics and warehousing partners
Engagement

How we are engaged.

Mandate
Every engagement begins with a written mandate. It sets out the objective, the scope of our role and how we are paid.
Fees
Engagements are retained, success-based or a combination of the two. The structure depends on the transaction and is agreed at the outset.
Confidentiality
We do not disclose names or information to a counterparty without your consent. Where appropriate, we sign non-disclosure agreements before any detail is shared.
Our role
We originate and introduce. You keep your own legal, tax and financial advisers, and we work alongside them through to completion.
